Privacy policy

Last updated: 21 October 2026

The Mind Parcel (“we”, “us”) sells digital products such as eBooks through this website. This policy explains what information we handle, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Order details. When you buy, our payment partner Razorpay collects the details needed to complete the payment (for example your name, email address, phone number and payment status). We receive the order and contact details Razorpay shares with us so that we can deliver your purchase and support you.
  • Usage data. Basic, non-identifying information about how the site is used, such as pages visited and device type, so we can keep it fast and useful.
  • Advertising data. If we run ads on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), we may use the Meta Pixel, which uses cookies and similar technologies to measure ad performance and show relevant ads. This includes events such as viewing a product page, starting checkout and completing a purchase.

What we do not collect

We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are processed entirely by Razorpay on its secure checkout page, under its own privacy policy and security standards.

How we use information

  • To deliver your purchase and provide support.
  • To prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
  • To understand which pages and ads work, and to improve the site.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers needed to run the business (such as Razorpay for payments, our website host, and advertising and analytics providers) and where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

This site itself uses very little browser storage. Third-party tools such as the Meta Pixel may set cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings.

Retention and security

We keep order records for as long as needed for support, accounting and legal requirements, and take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal record-keeping requirements. We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Children

Our products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
