Our products

The Mind Parcel sells digital products such as eBooks, delivered as downloadable files. Descriptions, page counts and contents shown on the site are as accurate as we can make them.

Pricing and payment

The price shown on the product page is inclusive of all applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your purchase is complete once payment is successful.

Delivery

After successful payment, you are taken to a private download page where you can download your file. Please keep that page bookmarked. If you cannot access it, contact us and we will help.

Licence and permitted use

When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read, store and print it for your own use. You must not copy, resell, share, upload, publish or distribute the file or the private download link, in whole or in part, without our written permission. All content remains the property of The Mind Parcel.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Mind Parcel is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kolkata, West Bengal, have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
